ACCREDITATIONS & ACCOMODATION

Accreditation requests can be made from 13 December 2011 and must be received by 30 March 2012.

Due to limited capacity in the concert halls, we unfortunately cannot accommodate absolutely all requests. We will do our best to find satisfactory solutions for everyone.

Regarding accommodation, please do not hesitate to contact us with accommodation or other problems.
 Please inform us as soon as possible should you have any special requests.

INTERVIEWS REQUESTS

Please contact the Festival Press Service or the artists’ record companies for all interview requests on site or before the Festival : presse@caprices.ch

PRESS SERVICE

Open from 11h00 to 3h30 every day from 11 to 14 April, the Festival Press Service welcomes you in surroundings that stimulate exchanges between music professionals, record companies and journalists.

Services provided :

  • Internet access (WiFi and cables)
  • Computers
  • Photocopier and printer
  • Work area
  • Interview room

The person in charge at the reception is responsible for daily updates of required information, such as line ups, restrictions for photographers, sound extracts, biographies and others.
