TICKETING – GENERAL TERMS

The holder of a ticket attends under his own responsibility the event to which the tickets gives access. The lost or deteriorated tickets are not replaced. To avoid fraud, tickets must be withdrawn/ordered in an official sale point (except print at home, see below).

REFUSAL OF ADMISSION FOR PRINT AT HOME TICKET :

The Festival can decline the admission to the event when several prints, reproductions, imitations or copies of a print@home ticket is found in circulation and when access to the event has already been permitted by a corresponding copy of the ticket. The Festival does not have the obligation to check the personal identity of the person presenting the print@home ticket in order to check that it is the purchaser of the ticket or the authenticity of the print@home ticket, because the imitation or copy can not be identified in an indubitable way during the control at the entry. If a print@home ticket holder is denied entry for this reason, there aren’t any rights of reimbursement.

To avoid fraud, tickets must be withdrawn/ordered in an official sale point.

In the event of a definitive cancellation of a concert, the Festival retains the ability to decide whether the tickets are reimbursed depending on the circumstances of the cancellation. Tickets holders will be informed as soon as possible of the measures taken in these cases.
